Q: Why did I not receive the order confirmation email?
      We will send a confirmation email to the email address you filled in when you placed the order.
      1) First, you need to check whether the email address you left when placing the order is correct.
      2) Then you can check if there are any mails in the spam mailbox. In order to ensure that the email can be sent to you smoothly, please add our customer service email to the contact or whitelist.
      If there is still no mail, you can contact us and we will send you another one.
Q: Why is my package still pending? Why hasn't the scheduled delivery time shown yet?
      Because the package is in transit and there is no expected delivery date temporarily, the delivery date will be updated later.
Q: I find that the scheduled delivery date of the package is later than the time I want, can I expedite it?
      The scheduled delivery date is not 100% accurate, because the logistics company has taken into account some special circumstances. So the estimated delivery date may be earlier than the date shown on the website. Packages that are already in transit, we chose the fastest service of express, normally, it will take several working days to arrive.
Q: What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery? Do you need a signature?
      Normally the package would be delivered to the address but no signature required due to special case. Please keep tracking the package on the carrier official site, to make sure getting the package successfully.
